Supervisor / staff: ask the Admin to reset your password from Masters → Users.
Admin: if you have lost the only admin password, follow the “Emergency admin password reset” section in README.md
(create the file storage/ALLOW_RESET using Hostinger File Manager, then open reset_admin.php).
Email-based reset is intentionally not used because shared-hosting mail is unreliable and a lost email could expose financial data.
